Today I’m sharing what I’ve been watching so far this year. I decided for 2025 I will do these every other month and include my YouTube watching in this post as well. Jump to: Movies | TV Shows | YouTube | Podcasts | Music Movies/Documentaries Jailbreak: Love on the Run (Netflix) American Murder: Gabby Petito (Netflix) The Forge (Netflix) Jailbreak: Love on the Run tells the story of an Alabama correction officer that falls in love with a man awaiting trial for murder and risks it all to help him escape. Still playing catch up, because all those wedding posts took awhile! The week after the wedding (Feb. 27-March 5, 2023) was still a pretty busy week. I was so tired of my living room still looking like this: Monday I spent a good part of the day going through all the boxes and reorganizing everything. Most stuff just got thrown in boxes with no rhyme or reason. I also started washing the table clothes. Mid morning, I got a text from Rob’s mom that they were in town and wanted to stop by. So when they got to the house,…

Wedding Week!!! February 20-26, 2023 Wedding week was busy, of course. I didn’t really take pictures early in the week. However, I did share old pics of Drew on FB. Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday – Read about here. Thursday – Read about here. Friday – Read about here. Saturday – Wedding Day! Pre-Wedding Wedding No rest for the weary. After the reception at the banquet room was over, we had to get everything wedding out of that room and ready for a Men’s breakfast that was taking place at 7am on Sunday. So thankful for many of our friends and…

Feb. 13-19, 2023 happenings!! Monday Chili morning and cool milage number I landed on. Rob and I were frantically trying to get people to RSVP for the wedding so we could place the order for food for the reception. Tuesday Lunch at Moe’s BBQ I think I’ve said this recently, but the sunset skies have been spectacular lately. Wednesday I went to bed Tuesday night feeling like I was getting sick, so when I woke up Wednesday morning with a terrible sore throat and a pounding headache I knew I was in for a rough couple days. However, with wedding…

Here’s my (Feb. 6-12, 2023) highlights. Tuesday Tuesday during lunch, I had to run across campus for the Auburn ‘made’ honey for the welcome gift bags for hotel guest. Thursday Thursday morning we woke up to a weird color in the sky that casted down on everything. I tried to get a picture of it. You can kind of see there’s a oranginess to everything. It’s that weirdness you see sometimes before a storm rolls through. I’ve been feeling super lethargic and just more tired than usual. I’ve also felt like my blood pressure has been running high, but its…

Wowzas, yall! Another week down. Here’s my (Jan. 31-Feb. 5, 2023) highlights… Monday I came home from work to find a bunch of packages. My neighbor across the street was like you must be Amazon’s favorite customer. I was like, well we got a wedding coming up so that’s what all this is for. Katniss hasn’t laid on my bed in awhile, but she made her way back to her spot early this week. Wednesday Alex and Madison came to hang out before they went to the basketball game. Thursday Alex and Madison came over to hang out with me.…

2 weeks ago started out with a trip to the orthopedic for my shoulder. It hurts kind of all the time now, but especially when I lift my arm out. I ended up getting a steroid injection and am now doing a few appointments of physical therapy and my favorite place. It has just been one thing another the last few months with me. I also finally got my tomato, pepper, and herb seeds started inside. I got my haircut. Here it is straightened. One night we were in Rob’s home office and he was rearranging some things to make…

LIFE Happenings February has FLOWN by, especially because January was like an entire year. You can read my weekly summaries here: Week 5 & 6 Week 7 Loving Decided to try a different cup. I’ve been using several Auburn Tervis cups that I love, but they don’t keep ice for long. I also want to use a straw since I drink unsweet tea that is making my teeth less white. I got this Ello Beacon Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Tumbler. I ordered Senneny Set of 6 Straws straws separately and really like them as well. Happy Happy to be finished…

Since making my watching and listening a separate post from my Monthly summaries, I’m trying to figure how to make this not the same thing over and over again. I think at the beginning of each TV season, I’ll do an entire rundown of everything and the other months will be just what has been added or if quit something mid-season I’ll share that. Another year flying by and here we are talking about the 7th week of this year already. Is it me or is time flying by faster the older I get? Scary! Last week started off with Valentine’s Day. Rob and I aren’t big into that holiday. We usually go out to eat around that day (not on that day because its crowded, restaurants have ‘special’ more expensive menus, etc). Valentine’s Day this year, we ended up going to a Women’s basketball game and then we ate at Yummi Crab, which was delicious. We got a pound of shrimp (which comes…

Hope everyone had a lovely Valentine’s Day! Rob and I went to the AU women’s basketball game and then to a new-ish restaurant that we’ve been wanting to try called Yummy Crab. I was so excited that I dove into it before taking a picture. As I reading through my Feedly feed today, I saw a fun post by Natasha and I thought I’d do it too. First Date: January 1996 I flew in to Atlanta and we he took me up to Helen, Ga where it was snowing and just absolutely dreamy. You can read more about how we…

Here’s what’s been happening in life for Jan. 31st-Feb. 13, 2022. Not much too exciting! Just trucking along… This is one of Alex’s new cubes that he put into a cool design. Caitlyn (Drew’s girlfriend) started her career today as an Academic Advisor just across campus from me. So proud of her. I’m supposed to have a endoscopy and esophagus stretching every year, but I have been pushing it off trying to do it less often. Especially since I haven’t had too much issue since the first time I had it done back in Fall 2020. It’s such a process…
