    Here we are for our weekly highlights for Thanksgiving Week (Nov 20-26, 2023). Basketball game with Rob. Got to see one of my student workers dance during a timeout as she is a Tiger Paw. Thanksgiving Day Snacks to get us by till dinner. What a spread! My kids and their other halves and their little cousin Drew is so good with his cousins. Lots of work and fun in the kitchen!     So in my last weekly post, I referred to a “low” and all has been resolved with this so I can talk about it now. You know, owning a house is great until you have a major issue occur. Last year we had some drainage issues and we had a roto rooter type company come out and they ended up finding a broken line that goes out to the sewer.     This last Sunday we decided to go eat brunch at the restaurant that Alex works at called Vintage 2298, which is an upscale restaurant that is open for dinner every night except Tuesdays. They also have brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Alex had been saying we should come for brunch and he works during that time, so we made reservations.
