    How is it almost November?!?! It is just crazy to think how quickly time goes by even though the days often drag by. Anyone else feel that? LIFE Happenings Rob and I watched Drew’s dog, Bigsby for an extended weekend earlier in the month, when he and Caitlyn had to go to Florida. We took Bigsby and Kayleigh for a walk.     Alex texted me on Thursday to tell me he needed to get a coat and shirt to wear to Homecoming. Wait, what? This was TWO days before the homecoming dance! Nothing like waiting to the last minute. So Friday we went out shopping and I was so worried with the supply chain issues and stores not being stocked very well, that we would have a hard time finding anything that fit.     Another week down! Here’s Week #42 which covers Oct. 18-24th, 2021. This last week was interesting. My blood sugar has run a tad high for the last few years. This week my doc had me try Metformin, but it made me feel terrible so I couldn’t continue that anymore. Thursday, I went to the dr to try the once a week shot called Ozempic.     Week 41! Can ya’ll believe its 9 weeks till Christmas? I’m not usually one that counts down, but I was just thinking about how far in the year we are already. Its crazy to think about. Here we got with Oct. 11-17th! My doc wanted me to try a new medicine for several health reasons, but the main one being slightly high blood sugar.
