    Books I Read – March 2022

I have finally (I hope) found a routine that is working pretty well for reading listening to audio books. Something made me look at the eBooks available for my local pubic library and then I noticed audio books. I ended up checking out this first one and have found listening to them while I get ready for work in the morning and trying to make sure I get through an hour each day seems to be a habit, I’m enjoying and can stick with. Carnival Horizon 2022 – Pet Cemetery on Aruba Beach

I’m continuing on with details of our day in Aruba. After leaving our lunch spot, we passed Baby Beach. 12°24’55.848″ N 69°52’57.264″ W Not too far from there as we continued along the coast we happened across a huge Pet Cemetery. Through the years the burying of pets has continued and it now stretches almost a mile long. (source) 12°25’15.642″ N 69°52’19.662″ W…

    Week 10 [2022]

Last week we started the week off with Alex’s 18th birthday. He wanted to go to Mikata, which is a Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse. Drew joined us of course. Drew’s girlfriend Caitlyn was on a work trip in Virginia. Anyway, we all enjoyed steak, chicken, and shrimp with fried rice and veggies. So good. Then, we went home for cake, ice cream, and presents. I know Alex isn’t looking at the camera here. He’s actually looking at Drew for some reason, but I love his smile and the way Kayleigh’s tongue is out. One of the gifts we got for him…
