    Happy September, yall! Here’s my Currently post for this month. beginning to look forward to Fall and football! I’m really hoping we have an early onset of cooler temperatures, which usually tease us a time or 2 in September or October.     Week 34 [2021]

    This post is a quick highlights for Week 34 (August 23-29, 2021), which was my week two of COVID. Even though I spent probably about half of everyday in bed, I still tried to get up and sit up in the living room and go outside to check on the garden. There have been so many spiders and their monstrous webs. They seem to find every walk way or pass through. These are some of the tomato plants that are planted in the in-ground overflow garden area. Look at my baby! These are his senior picture proofs.

    So this is how Week 33 (August 16-22, 2021) got started…a parking ticket while at work! Lovely! Let me back up and just say this last week was…Wow so many ways to describe this last week. The weekend going into last week, I wasn’t feeling well and with the week being super important, I had no time to have this sinus infection. I had a scratchy throat, congestion, headache (face felt swollen like when you have a sinus infection), terrible body aches.     admiring I’m admiring Drew’s girlfriend, Caitlyn. So proud of her for finishing her Masters in Mental Health Counseling. She graduates this Friday! anticipating a busy weekend celebrating Caitlyn. Graduation on Friday; Party on Saturday; Church and lunch at the Hound on Sunday.     North Georgia Mountain Trip 2021

    The Wednesday before the 4th of July Rob and I got off work, loaded up the car, and we along with Alex made our way up to the North Georgia Mountains for a few days. Traffic was frustrating for the 1st hour or so. They skies were gorgeous though. We stayed in a cabin in Ellijay, GA. (rental info) We loved all the outdoor seating with outdoor speakers as well as all the outside activities; bumper pool table, darts, hook and ring, etc. My favorite were the hammock chairs and now I totally want some at home, just not sure…
