Today I’m thankful for my friends. Today I had lunch with one of my “newer” friends and it was great. The more we’re together I realize, how alike we are in so many ways, and all the things we have in common. She’s someone I know I don’t have to act a certain way or do certain things to keep our friendship alive. Friendships are a 2 way street and we both give and take, which makes for a great relationship. I’m thankful for my “old” coworker friends, who I stay in touch with. Saturday We left Saturday morning at crack-o-dawn to head down to get Drew. Drew was in Orange Beach, AL for a soccer tourney. He had gone down earlier in the week since it was spring break to enjoy some time on the beach before his games began on Saturday. So that was about a 4 hour detour. We stayed for both games.
