I got back from Texas on Wednesday, but has already put in for time off on Thursday and Friday as well. Thursday to recover and Friday to take Rob for another epidural. On Saturday, the 17th I flew to DFW, rented a car, and drove a little over an hour to my sister’s house in Weatherford, TX. My sister was due to have a baby the week of June 16th. However, Baby Lu came a month early, so I had to adjust my plans for a visit. Luckily nothing was set in stone with my trip so I was able to do it over a holiday (Juneteenth) weekend. I’m a week behind because I was in Texas the beginning of last week. So this is actually the week before last happenings… (June 12-18th, 2023) Monday Saw this in a neighbor’s yard. Tuesday Garden is really growing! Alex and his girlfriend made this lego set he had gotten for Christmas. Wednesday Eye doctor time for Alex. Chocotafaula is an agritourism focused farm located in Auburn, AL that was founded in 2020. However, it just recently opened to the public for the wagon ride, petting zoo, and other fun! I highly recommend this for anyone that enjoys animals! Check out this post to learn more about it!
