Here’s last week’s Weekly highlights (May 29th-June 4th, 2023). If you missed Week 21, its here.

Monday
Alex went with his girlfriend and her church to New Orleans for a mission trip. I enjoyed following their trip through their BeReal posts.

Eating lots of healthy peanut butter on Ezekial bread with banana. My go to meal lately especially since Rob is gone.

Tuesday
About every other week, I make a big batch of taco meat to use different ways. I have been craving enchiritos (burrito/enchilada), so I got these Carb Balance Flour Tortillas and made these. They were so good! Might actually make that again tonight!

Saturday
Busy day. I finally went to Aldi’s. We have had an Aldi for years now and every time I’ve over that way and pass by I talk myself out of going. Glad I went as I did have somethings to pick up. I like it because it’s small and pretty easy to navigate. Prices seemed comparable to where I get groceries, but I do love picking up my groceries and not spending time shopping.

That evening Drew’s good friend, Kyle that he has known since Kindergarten got married. Drew and Caitlyn actually played match maker for Kyle and Hannah back in high school. So fun to see these kids grow up.

Drew and Caitlyn were in wedding. Here they are just looking gorgeous walking down the aisle now married.

What a beautiful bride (your son and his wife — and YOU! looked lovely too). I am just about to make dinner and your enchiladas look delicious.

I hope Rob is doing all right while helping his dad out. That must be tough. Everyone looks so happy in these pictures!
