Here’s a quick rundown of the happenings for Feb. 10-23. February 10 – Yesterday at church they put a rose on the alter for the birth of our Granddaughter and we got to bring it home. Got to see L.A. at home the day after she came home. Alex brought his girlfriend over to meet L.A. Feb. 13 – Rob took this picture of the newly renovated baseball stadium. Here’s another biweekly post of some of the happenings… Jan. 29 – Another gorgeous sunset Feb. 2 – We went over to the Auburn University baseball stadium. It was a beautiful day and they were having a preseason scrimmage. We also wanted to checkout the stadium renovations. Dinner at Walk-On’s and what we found out the next day was that they closed permanently that night! so sad. I’m also mad I didn’t get my favorite meal there since it was my last opportunity to do so. Last Tuesday after work, we headed towards Texas, planning to spend the night in Shreveport to break up the trip since its a 12 hour drive. We ended up having a delay when Google Maps told us to take a detour near Selma. We went over some railroad tracks and ended up going over a pot hole that gave us a flat tire. There was another car that had pulled over who had also gotten a flat tire. Long story short, God paved the way for us to get our tire switched to the spare and got a new tire…

+ I’m going to share about Caitlyn’s baby shower soon, but late last week, I made some Gluten Free mini-pies for that. + Saturday night, we brought the crib/mini crib and mattress over to Drew and Caitlyn’s house and they put the mini-crib together. + Sunday, we had the great opportunity to go with Drew & Caitlyn to a 4d Ultrasound. Big win and seeing good things for our team. + Wednesday afternoon I had to run to Big Lots and the sunset was gorgeous. + Sunday night, dinner at Walk-Ons with Rob discussing the big week ahead. + Wednesday night, Drew and I went to see Straight No Chaser at the Gogue. + One night, I was at Walmart late getting some stuff for Caitlyn’s baby shower. + We went to see our niece play flag football. It was so exciting. She caught 2 touchdown passes. And the sunset was gorgeous that night. + At work, I’ve been in a 6 week pilot program of a leadership course. We gave feedback on how to make each class better. We just finished up and we got a certificate and pin. Excited for that program to launch for the rest of the university. + Katniss in the sun. + Friday night, Drew and Caitlyn threw their 2nd annual Halloween party. + Monday the 30th was my birthday. 1st photo is of the new water bottle I got from Drew and Caitlyn and my new Apple Watch 10 from Rob. + Rob and I went to lunch at Amsterdam that day and I got the steak, so delish! + Later in week, our delivery for our new bedroom suit came in. + Empty bedroom ready for the new furniture. + The next weekend, Rob and I had a little getaway to Atlanta for an Atlanta United game. We spent the night and enjoyed the next day in Atlanta. Fun fun!
