Another two weeks down. There was a lot that went on in the last 2 weeks from conference ending that Rob was in charge of to the determination of what trip was going to be taken. Of course, some LA time.

June 4
This day was the last day of the conference that Rob was in charge of that was being hosted here on Auburn’s campus. I got to go to the closing banquet. It was so good!
Good food.

Aubie came to visit. I got my first ever picture with him! I even danced with him. *swoon*
Then, we got a tour of Neville Arena starting with practice court.One of our former players, Lior Berman was there shooting some hoops.

Then the Hype Room…For those that don’t know what that is…
In college sports, a “hype room” usually refers to a dedicated space—often within an athletic facility—designed to energize and motivate players before games. Think of it as a high-octane environment filled with booming music, highlight reels, team slogans, dramatic lighting, and sometimes even fog machines or LED walls. It’s all about building adrenaline and team spirit before athletes hit the field or court.

LA turned 4 months!
June 6-7
No photos to show for it, but Auburn baseball hosted a super regional with hopes of earning a spot in the College World Series. The outcome would also decide whether Rob would kick off his guys’ MLB trip in Boston or skip it so we could head to Omaha for the CWS later that week. In the end, Auburn fell to Coastal Carolina in two games—so Boston it was for Rob.
On that Saturday, I hung with LA while her parents went to that 2nd Super Regional game. I had a feeling she would be too big for her basinet that we have here at my house, but I didn’t have the playpen set up yet when she fell asleep. It worked for this last time.
This is the snack I’ve been eating a lot lately. Cottage cheese is high in protein. Really trying to increase my protein intake in each meal/snack.

While Rob was gone I tried to get some cleaning and organizing done, but just wasn’t really feeling it like I usually do when he’s gone. I did start and finish the new season of Ginny and Georgia. It started off really slow, but by the 4th episode I was hooked again.
June 15
I picked Rob up from the airport on Father’s Day morning. That evening we had the boys over and Rob’s Mom and Step Dad. I made Cajun Pierogies, Salad, and the guys requested beer.
I had never heard of a hype room before… in all the movies the coaches or captain hype them up in the locker room! I can’t believe your granddaughter is already 4 months old. Man time flies by.
