How are y’all? Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We’re still in Florida. I left my camera USB cable at home so I’m not able to upload and edit and post pics like I’d like to. ACK! I’ll have TONS to do when we get home Monday night, and Tuesday, and Wednesday….hahaha! Alex has been sick. He’s been off and on with his mood. We’ve had another dreadful task. I usually do medicine the lazy way and put it in his cups with no problems. But since we’ve been out of town, Rob decided Alex needed to be administered the…

That would be my Alex, my 2 year old. I have a list of things he’s done lately that have been completely destructive, but today tops it. I had gone in the other room to open the windows because it’s cool outside and warm inside. Then, Rob got home and I started talking to him. Alex brings me this black plastic thing and I’m like what is that? It turned out be one of the many keys off my keyboard that he ripped off. We were able to find all the keys and the little white plastic pieces that help…

I’m a nervous wreck! I have a huge observation tomorrow with the Asst. Superintendent. I’ve dreaded this since I was hired. She’s a very nice lady, but she shows no emotion and you can’t read her. Very intimidating. Please pray for me. The good thing is is that I’ll have it over with! 🙂

I took the boys trick ‘r treating. They had fun. Drew got tired before Alex did. I was shocked. Drew was hot from his mask that kept shifting where he couldn’t see. Alex was having so much fun saying hi to everyone and looking in their house and seeing their dogs or whatever. They got a TON of candy this year along with some Dorito’s and chocolate covered apples.

Tonight Drew got Boo’ed. Ever heard of it? He got a bag of candy with 2 pieces of paper attached to it. One said this:

Good news. We can be approved for the loan. Now it’s a matter of making sure we can really afford the payments and selling our house and getting the most out of it. I’ll keep you updated. **big grin and lots of tummy butterflies**

I guess I’ve been pretty quiet here lately. I’ve tried not to bore you with my mundane life. I’ve been enjoying my days off and tomorrow it’s back to the old grind until Thanksgiving. Anyway, during my time off Rob found a house he wanted to look at. We haven’t been desperate to move or anything, but we always keep an eye out. So we went and looked at the house yesterday. We really liked it. It’s the perfect size for what we need. It has lots of things we don’t have now, like a garage, an room for an…

Appetizer What is your favorite herb or spice? Geez…I have so many favorite spices, but I think that I would not be able to live without garlic salt. I put it on everything. Soup Name a song you like but haven’t heard in a long time. True Faith by New Order Salad If you were to take just one minute to write down as many things as you can think of that you need (not want) to do, approximately how many things would there be? This weekend only proved to continue the saga of my kids seeing how far they could go. Yesterday Drew asked to go with the our neighbors to the park behind our house. I said that was fine. About 30 minutes later our neighbor rang the door bell and asked if I knew where the kids were. I was like noo….. She proceded to tell me they had heard all the stadium noise and wanted to go see what it was even though she told them not to go. She said she’d already driven around and couldn’t find them. I told…

I’m scared to look at my hair closely, because I think my kids are driving me towards a head FULL of gray hair! Alex has been climbing out of his car seat. He pulls the clasp down and works his way out of the straps. Then, he stands up and makes the back seat his romper room. All the while, I’m screaming at him to sit down as I watch in terror in the rear view mirror. I pull over and restrap him, pulling the clasp up to his chin hoping that he’s not able to get it pulled back…

One night Rob and I were deciding what to eat. He suggested that we get something from Subway. Drew replied by saying, “Eat fresh!” Rob and I looked at each other and cracked up.

Appetizer Measured in minutes or hours, how much exercise have you had in the last week? uhh…zero:-( Soup If you had to change your blog title to something else, what would it be? That’s a hard one. I really like my name now, but occasionally I see others that give me great ideas for new blog name. I like gigglebox.com, but I’m not sure if I’d ever use that one.
