It’s that time of year again, when we get back in the kitchen to whip up yummy treats. Cookies, candies, cakes, pies, and brownies! Brownies? Yes, these Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies are a great alternative to your typical brownies.

Not your everyday brownie! These Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies will have everyone asking for them again!

Servings: 18
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
8 oz. coarsely chopped semi-sweet chocolate
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup + 2 tbs. all-purpose flour
2 tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Peanut Butter Part:
3/4 cup Reese’s Spreads Peanut Butter Chocolate or you can use your everyday peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbs. milk

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Melt butter and chocolate chips in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Be sure to stir until chocolate and butter are melted. Remove from heat an allow to cool.
3. Since you’re having to wait for chocolate and butter mixture to cool, use this time to make the peanut butter mixture. Combine Peanut Butter Chocolate chocolate spread or peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, and milk and mix with hand mixer until combined.
4. Line a 9×9 baking pan with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
5. In a large bowl, mix together white and brown sugar while slowly pouring in chocolate mixture that is now cool. Add in the eggs and vanilla. Continue to whisk while mixing in flower, chocolate powder, and salt.
6. Pour the brownie mixture into the pan. Shake pan gently to ensure mixture fills corners. Take chunks of the peanut butter mixture and spread them on the top of the brownie mixture.
7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
