Hey y’all. Ugh. This poor place. There is just not enough hours in the day. I have so much I need to catch you up on, but I’m just not sure when that’s going to happen. Anyway, I love linking up with Anne In Residence every month (even though I haven’t done it in a long while) with her Currently post. So here’s my October

Rob and I are getting ready to go out of town for a few days. I’ve been arranging for my mother-in-law and brother-in-law to take turns coming over to make sure Alex gets where he needs to be. I’ve also been cooking up a storm of food, so that they don’t have to worry about cooking while they are here.

Netflix has finally had some good shows added. I’m loving:
In the Dark – a show about a blind girl who’s best friend is murdered and since the police won’t do much to find the killer she decides to. Still watching this 1st season and am really enjoying it. I hope they make a 2nd season, but I don’t know how this season ends so that will be a big deal.
All American – a show inspired by a true story of a high school football player who decides to transfer schools to follow his dream of playing in the NFL. Lots of good high school and family drama as well.
Unbelievable – a dramatization of a true story of a girl who is raped and the 2 women detectives that in a round about way help solve the crime.

It is fall, but good gracious it does not feel like fall here. Temps are still in the 90s. So I am NOT embracing this heat and the lack of fall temperatures. I have decorated for Halloween a little bit.

I am purchased some new fall candles from TJ Max. I also purchased magnets for my new office space. Most of our walls are magnetic which is really fun, but I didn’t have many magnets so I found several colorful sets of magnets on amazon (Colorful glitter magnets & Cute tree magnets).
I treated myself for my birthday a few days ago and purchased this cute hobo style purse and these Clark’s Leisa Carly Clogs.

Hope you are finally getting some fall-like temps. As I type this we are having a cooler day with strong winds and billowy clouds. I think fall has found us.
