Chess Cake with Pecans is just one of the yummiest desserts I’ve ever had. Now I’ll admit when I indulge on dessert, I usually want it to have chocolate in it. However, on occasion I crave something more like this and I also know that some people don’t care for chocolate as much as I do. I enjoy making this recipe for church potlucks for that very reason. Next time you’re looking for an amazing, non-chocolate dessert, you should give this a try!
Servings: 18
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes

3 large eggs (divided)
1 (18.25-oz.) package yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) package powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Put the pecans, butter, 1 egg, and the cake mix into a large bowl and mix well.
2. Spray a 13×9 inch pan and press the mixture evenly into pan.
3. The cream cheese, other 2 eggs, and powdered sugar need to be mixed with hand mixer until smooth. Pour this over the cake mixture.
