I have been absolutely lovin’ Subway’s Chicken Pizza-ola Sandwich lately. However, I haven’t been loving spending $7 a pop, so I decided to see if I could make one at home. It turned out marvelously and what I love is that I spend less money and I can easily alter how it’s made.
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Olive oil
4 hoagies split
2 chicken breasts
10-14 pieces of pepperoni
pizza sauce
1 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella
garlic powder
Optional:
black olives
banana peppers
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Pour oil into pan and warm on medium.
3. Butterfly chicken and then cut in to 4 strips. Place chicken in pan. Sprinkle garlic powder over chicken.
4. Cook until brown.
To make sandwich:
5. Put desired amount of pizza sauce, pepperonis, chicken, cheese, and other pizza toppings.
6. Heat in oven for about 15 minutes. Cover with foil to make sure bread doesn’t get too brown.

If this were Subway, I’d kindly say, “no olives please.” Other than that, looks good!
Your posts always make me hungry! 🙂
