1. What’s a talent you wish you had? I remember my Grandmother always wished she had a beautiful singing voice and now I have the same wish.

2. In one word, what’s your state of mind right now? Scared

3. What’s the next major purchase you need to make? Will it happen this month? This year?
I can’t think of a ‘purchase’ but I do know we have lots of things we need to do to our house, repair/maintenance. We’re currently getting quotes to figure out what it will all cost to see how soon we can do it.

4. Tuesday (April 2nd) was National PB and J Day…did you celebrate? Is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich something you eat weekly or more? What’s your favorite kind of jelly?
I didn’t celebrate it, but sounds like something I would have done when I was teaching. I used to eat PB&J’s a lot more than I do now, since I’m low carb. I like Strawberry Jelly.

5. Are you easily intimidated? Who or what intimidates you?
It really depends on the situation/person. I remember being intimated by the head band director in high school and my grandparents set up a meeting with him so we could discuss it. I was mortified! I do remember things being better after that though.

6. Insert your own random thought here.
This was 19 years ago…I just can’t believe how quickly time has flown by. Like I said recently, I’m for some reason, really missing when the boys were little. Like so much it hurts.

My oldest is 16 and he bent down to give me a hug yesterday and I nearly burst into tears because I miss them being little so much. My daughter is only 10 but the older ages is such a huge difference from when they were toddlers. I totally understand!

What a sweet picture of your son! I miss when my kids were little too. Praying for your surgery to go smoothly, and that you WON’T be scared!
