    Earlier this month, before the Corona Virus became such a big deal in the U.S. we left work on Friday and drove down to Bushnell, Florida. We stayed at the Roadway Inn. Rob had enough Choice Hotel Points that we could stay for free. Saturday we got up and grabbed some packaged breakfast novelties and drove 2 more hours down to North Port.     For the last several years we have used our Spring Break to travel down to Florida to watch baseball during the Spring Training Season. Each year we try to see different ballparks as well as visit Rob’s Grandparents. The first Saturday of Spring Break, we got up at 3:30am and hit the road on our way to Lakeland, FL. We had a 1:00 game to get to at Joker Marchant Stadium, home of the Detroit Tigers.     Earlier this month we ventured back down to Florida for another Spring Training trip. This year we went to 3 parks; two of which we have not been to.     In recent years, my family has traveled down to Florida to stay with Rob’s Gramma and enjoy some baseball during Spring Training. This year was no exception. It’s always interesting to visit new spring training ballparks as they are all different for better or worse. Wednesday, we left after work and drove to Rob’s Gramma’s house in Spring Hill, Fl.     Over Spring Break, we headed down to Rob’s grandmother’s house in Spring Hill, Florida for a few days. It was a 2 fold trip; partly to visit family and partly to see some spring training games sing Rob’s grandparents live in close proximity to many of the spring training venues. After the game in Clearwater, we stopped at the beach for a little while. The boys brought along the soccer ball and played because the water was pretty cold. It was a beautiful sunset though.     Over Spring Break, we headed down Florida for a few Spring Training baseball games.     This spring break we just hung out. When it wasn’t raining, the boys and I went outside to ride bikes and play. The 2nd weekend of SB we went to Baton Rouge to visit family. We always look forward to Cajun food when we head over that way. We went to Chimes on Sunday after church. It was so yummy! Rob had Red Beans & Rice and Crawfish Etouffe.
