    I love living in a college town. Every weekend there is always something to do. We actually don’t take advantage of that fact enough, but I after a recent date with Rob to a UPC event it made me cognizant of the fact that I should be looking at the calendar to see what’s going on.     So last week was my 35th birthday. I was treated to cupcakes from Gigi’s Cupcakes in Auburn. Since I’m working more than I’m not, practically, we waited till the weekend to go out. We were up in Birmingham for soccer on Sunday, so I got to pick something different. I first thought about Chipotle, but when we went in, we were surprised to see it wasn’t a sit down restaurant.
