This last week I was happy to finally finish up this wall in our breakfast area that’s attached to the kitchen. If you remember, back in January we got this new sideboard table and when we moved the old microwave stand we discovered lots of wall issues! Here is how it’s looked since then. Look at that nasty crack. We didn’t know that the back of the drawer looked like that until we decided to change it. And hoo boy, we’re glad that we did. Over at Kelly’s Blog she’s doing a weekly post to share different rooms of her house. I know other’s have done the Home Tours post, which I’ve wanted to do. So the next thing on our to do list for the kitchen was to do something with the GAWD awful cabinets. We have a friend, Tony, that is into woodworking and he agreed to make new doors for out cabinets. To complement this , Gamma Cabinetry does kitchen remodeling. As you can see from the pictures, the actual cabinets are in good shape, but they’re a dark brown.
