Roasted Potatoes

Roasted Potatoes
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Ready In: 50 minutes

3 potatoes
1/3 cup Olive oil
2 tbs Dried Onion
1/3 cup All season salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp “Slap Your Momma”
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
5 finally chopped jalapeños (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Chop potatoes in to square bite size pieces.
3. Place in bowl.
4. Pour in rest of ingredients and stir until spices are spread evenly.
5. Spread potatoes on pan.
6. Place in oven for 40 minutes. Flip potatoes after about 20 minutes.
