Once a month we receive 2 meals from HelloFresh. They are always tasty and usually something different than the run-of-the-mill meals I prepare. We open a bottle of wine and PC helps me cook. We usually prepare our HelloFresh meals on weekends so they can be a little event.

I try very hard to shake things up with new recipes from Pinterest. But some days I don’t feel like thinking hard enough to try a new recipe!! It is nice to fall back on something I could prepare in my sleep.

Our community college offers a class on tamale-making at Christmas. I have always wanted to take the class. Maybe this will be the year.
