Chick-fil-A Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
2 tbs. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. ketchup
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
5 tbs. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. concentrated hickory liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 egg yolks
2 tsp. water
2 tbs. cornstarch
Directions:
1. Combine the first 10 ingredients (oil, honey, mustard, ketchup, sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder) and heat them in medium saucepan. Continue to stir.
2. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Allow sauce to sit for 10 minutes.
3. While the sauce is sitting, mix together vinegar, water, liquid smoke, and lemon juice.
4. After 10 minutes add in the egg mixture and whisk together.
5. Add in cornstarch until desired thickness.
