The other night I had planned to make Buffalo Chicken wraps, but then I realized I was out of Buffalo sauce. I had already cooked the chicken and had already shredded it, so I was kind of left to figure out what to do with the shredded chicken. I had a bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce waving at me from the pantry and then I got super excited. I also had some buns that needed to be eaten. It was a meal of destiny that ended up being a family favorite.
