Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 12 oz. box of pasta (I used Penne)
1 large jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning
Garlic
Pepperoni (your favorite pizza toppings)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Butterfly chicken. Rub with a little olive oil and sprinkle with powdered garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium heat.
4. Toss in chopped onion and allow to caramelize.
5. Cook pasta.
6. Put chicken breasts in and allow them to cook all the way through.
7. Remove chicken from skillet and place in a baking dish. Spoon a little spaghetti sauce on chicken.
8. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and place other pizza toppings.
9. Pour the rest of the spaghetti sauce in the skillet with the onions that you cooked with the chicken. Allow spaghetti sauce to heat.
10. Mix the spaghetti sauce with the drained pasta.
11. Pull the chicken out of the oven after about 10 minutes.
