31 Days Of Must Read Cookbooks

Here we are for Day 25 of the series of that I’m moving over from my old blog that scheduled ahead of time while I’m recovering from shoulder surgery. However, while preparing these posts, I noticed that a few of my original posts have disappeared. I have no idea what books I’m missing, so I just found another interesting cookbook for this post.

The 5-Ingredient College Cookbook: Easy, Healthy Recipes for the Next Four Years & Beyond by Pamela Ellgen which I like because her recipes are simple and don’t require a bunch of ingredients.

I know in college, and even now…I need go to ready snacks. I love these 2 ideas.


These mozzarella sticks are a go to. I’ve made a recipe similar to them and they are so yummy and pretty easy.


This book is a must read cookbook even if you’re not a college student! Although, I know a few of my readers have college kids or kids not far from that stage, so I thought it would be fun to share. I love for myself that these are easy 5 ingredient or less recipes that are easy. For us empty-nesters, we don’t need recipes to feed a bunch of people usually. These recipes are for 1-4 servings, which is great!
