    Kids’ New Years Resolutions

    I’ve dedicated several posts the last few weeks to making goals for the New Year. I thought it would be great for my kids to reflect and set a few goals as well. It’s important for kids to know what goals are and how to think through everything and plan. I also think it’s important for kids to think about the past and reflect on memories.     Remembering the Last Few Years….

    Dear Drew and Alex, Man, how times flies when your havin’ fun and as crazy busy as we are. Today was the last day of school for y’all and know how exciting that is to have another year done.     Don’t hide stuff here!

    A few weeks ago, we were traveling somewhere and Alex was “playing a game” with Drew, where he would hide the folded-up straw wrapper and Drew would have to guess where it was. Alex had a brilliant place to put it. See the pic below. I wasn’t aware of what was going on in the back seat, but at some point, I turned around and realized Alex didn’t have his seat belt on. Yesterday afternoon Drew asked me to get on Facebook since I was at work and he was at home because he had something to talk to to me about.
