    Earlier this year my family and I were in the Gulf Shores area for Alex’s soccer tournament. When they lost the semifinals game that left us with much of Sunday to find something to do.     Just around the corner is the 44th Annual National Shrimp Festival, which is a great excuse to travel to Gulf Shores, Alabama. The National Shrimp Festival is October 8th – 11th.
