Hey yall! How was your week? I’m curious how many of you work on this through out the week or how many of you like me end up doing it last minutes? If life were back to normal and I was out and about more I think it would be easier to do it through out the week. However with COVID, I’m stuck at home and am not out much especially this week with my house full of COVID!
Collection This is just part of my seed collection
Yellow Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes
Tiny – I had lots of ideas running through my head for tiny, but I just wasn’t able to pull them off. I looked over and saw Katniss’s whisker that are tiny…
Photographer’s Choice The leaf on this plant is so pretty.
Photographer’s Choice I love the typeface (is what it’s called?) on this candle.
This week I continued to use my new iPhone 12 Pro. Next week I’ll try to get back to using my big camera.
I’d love you to join along with us next week! A couple simple guidelines..
1. Anyone can participate.
2. Since this challenge is meant to help you expand your eye for photography, try to take five new photos this week for the challenge. Or do as many as you got!
3. If you find yourself struggling, you may use one photo from your archive, but who will really know…
4. Link up here on Saturday or sometime before the next Saturday. You can use the button below or just a link would be nice.
5. Have fun iSpying!
For next week the prompts you will be looking to photograph or iSpy are as follows:
– Messy
– Writing
– Glass
– Alive
– Photographer’s Choice I think I might keep photographer’s choice as one of the prompts every week for that great photo you got and are just dying to share! We want to see it!
Suggest a Prompt! If you have a prompt you would like to do, please comment below or email me with your ideas! I’ll keep a running list of those and use as needed.
Have fun with it! Happy iSpying!
I cannot wait to see pictures from your garden based on your seed collection. It should be beautiful!
Thanks! I am really excited for spring to get here! I’m sure you are too based on seeing my family’s snow pics the last few days.
I definitely find I work on the prompts through the week; in fact I try to get most of the photos done towards the beginning of the week if I can so I don’t have to wait until last minute to write up my post.
I don’t like to procrastinate, so I don’t know why I’ve been doing it with this challenge. I did better last week in doing all but one early.
Love your seed collection! I’ve not had much luck growing plants from seed, maybe I started too late but I want to give it another try.
Great idea for the “tiny” prompt! She’s so cute!!
Forgot to say, I try finding photo opportunities for the prompts throughout the week. Sorry to hear there’s Covid at your house. We all had it back in August and into September, no fun!! Hope everyone feels better soon!!
Thanks! Everything is back to normal now.
I’ve watched a ton of YouTubers to help me be good at gardening. I highly recommend Roots & Refuge.
Linking up with 2 weeks worth of photos. Where are you going to grow all of your veggies? Do you pant them in the ground or do you have containers or raised beds. My Prince C. doesn’t know it yet, but I want to build or buy some raised beds and put them our side yard where we struggle to grow grass.
That sweet kitty is becoming quite a celebrity during this photo challenge. I featured our craziest kitty this week, too.
I got a new phone so I have been fooling around some with the camera but need to get back to using my good camera. Next week!!
I’ve have a very shaded back yard, and right now the only place that really gets sun is on the deck. So these will go in large grow bag containers on cinder blocks on the deck that worked pretty well last year.
Oh, your seed collection is great! And yes, it’s called “typeface” and I can see why you love it 🙂
I usually take my photos throughout the week but last week was a gong show so I took most of them in one day, in a couple of hours. But it’s fun to think about the prompts all week!
Typeface! Glad I got that right. My sis-in-law graphic designer would be so proud!
