Another way to jazz up the kinds of meals you’re cooking is to up for a cooking class. This could either be in-person or even online. You can select the type of learning that feels most comfortable to you. You can also sign up for a cooking class subscription service, where you have access to hundreds of pre-recorded cooking tutorials, with more added on a monthly basis.
When it comes to choosing a cooking class, there are lots of options to choose from, from specialist classes to more general cooking tutorials. Select the class that feels like the right fit for you and your cooking preferences, as enjoying your learning, and the cooking itself, is extremely important.

I try very hard to shake things up with new recipes from Pinterest. But some days I don’t feel like thinking hard enough to try a new recipe!! It is nice to fall back on something I could prepare in my sleep.
Our community college offers a class on tamale-making at Christmas. I have always wanted to take the class. Maybe this will be the year.
