Servings: 4 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 30 minutes Ingredients: 1 cup of olive oil 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 tsp. garlic salt 4-6 Yukon gold or russet potatoes, cut into thin wedges Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Chop potatoes in to square bite size pieces. 3. Place in bowl. 4. Pour in rest of ingredients and stir until spices are spread evenly. 5. Spread potatoes on pan. 6. Place in oven for 40 minutes. Flip potatoes after about 20 minutes.
