Looking back at my pics from last week, I didn’t take nearly as many. It was also a pretty chill week and no sporting events.
+ Went to Mexican for Drew’s birthday, and Alex got this really cool looking meal. I still need to ask him again what it was called. It looked so good.
+ One day when I was at home for lunch, I went to let Kayleigh in and realized she was muddy. She is such a tom boy. 🙂
+ Drew turned 26 and we all shared the margarita tower.
+ Before Christmas Rob had bought they 2 inch pork chops from Auburn’s Meat Lab, and I immediately put them in the freezer. I was so intimated by how thick they were. So this last week, I decided I needed to pull them out before they get freezer burn. I ended up cooking them in the air fryer. They were the most amazing pork chops I’ve ever made and so easy!
I have never figured out the air fryer yet. We’ve tried a couple times, with no success. Guess it’s time for me to try again.
That margarita…wow! It looks like a fun celebration. Kayleigh is so cute!
