Pizza is probably one of the most loved foods by Americans. So with that thought, I knew I had to share at least 1 pizza cookbook. I know it’s one of my favs. Today I’m introducing you to The Pizza Book: Everything There Is To Know About the World’s Greatest Pie by Evelyne Sloman.
Just look at chapters 1-5. You can see the Evelyne uses the first few chapters to inform you about the types of pizza, the importance of ingredients, as well as basic techniques.

The Lone Star Chili Pizza sounds very out of the box, but sometimes out of the box ends up being the best new thing, right?
This book is a must read cookbook because the author really does a great job of educating the reader about the different types and styles of pizza, as well as techniques to make your pizza even better. This book is jam-packed with pizza recipes from those that you’ve heard of to those that you may have never tried before, but will want to after looking at the ingredients!
