Here we are for week’s 49 and 50! Even with the pace picking up, these days hold so many bright spots, and I’m grateful for every one of them. Check out what we’ve been up to.
December 2
Another show at the Gogue here in Auburn. The Tina Turner Musical. So good. The girl that played Tina was phenomenal down to her having her mannerisms.

December 7
First time at the Christmas tree farm with our Granddaughter

As per our tradition, we stopped in Valley for some of our favorite Chinese. It was LA’s first time having Asian food. She loved it, especially the Egg Drop soup.

LA waves at the Christmas tree and the Christmas lights and it is just the cutest thing in the world. She says IIIII-ye (“hi!”). Here she is waving at the tree.

Here she is talking to the tree

December 8
We headed up to Atlanta to go to the Fox Theater to see For King and Country and we grabbed dinner up there at Ponce City Market. Rob ordered these tickets back in the summer and he wasn’t sure who would want to go so he ordered 6. This ended up being the Christmas gift to come friends of ours as well as Rob’s mom and step dad. We had a really good time.

December 9
Time to start making all the Christmas treats.

December 11
Her little crossed feet kill me

December 13
Raking and raking and raking! So many leaves and so much pine straw.

Still in disbelief that its December, but making the best of it! It is flying by, but we’re finding our way through it with plenty to smile about.
