I’m a nervous wreck! I have a huge observation tomorrow with the Asst. Superintendent. I’ve dreaded this since I was hired. She’s a very nice lady, but she shows no emotion and you can’t read her. Very intimidating. Please pray for me. The good thing is is that I’ll have it over with! 🙂

I took the boys trick ‘r treating. They had fun. Drew got tired before Alex did. I was shocked. Drew was hot from his mask that kept shifting where he couldn’t see. Alex was having so much fun saying hi to everyone and looking in their house and seeing their dogs or whatever. They got a TON of candy this year along with some Dorito’s and chocolate covered apples.

Tonight Drew got Boo’ed. Ever heard of it? He got a bag of candy with 2 pieces of paper attached to it. One said this:

Good news. We can be approved for the loan. Now it’s a matter of making sure we can really afford the payments and selling our house and getting the most out of it. I’ll keep you updated. **big grin and lots of tummy butterflies**

I guess I’ve been pretty quiet here lately. I’ve tried not to bore you with my mundane life. I’ve been enjoying my days off and tomorrow it’s back to the old grind until Thanksgiving. Anyway, during my time off Rob found a house he wanted to look at. We haven’t been desperate to move or anything, but we always keep an eye out. So we went and looked at the house yesterday. We really liked it. It’s the perfect size for what we need. It has lots of things we don’t have now, like a garage, an room for an…

Appetizer What is your favorite herb or spice? Geez…I have so many favorite spices, but I think that I would not be able to live without garlic salt. I put it on everything. Soup Name a song you like but haven’t heard in a long time. True Faith by New Order Salad If you were to take just one minute to write down as many things as you can think of that you need (not want) to do, approximately how many things would there be? Hmmm…not sure about that one, but maybe 30? Main Course Tell something interesting about one…

This weekend only proved to continue the saga of my kids seeing how far they could go. Yesterday Drew asked to go with the our neighbors to the park behind our house. I said that was fine. About 30 minutes later our neighbor rang the door bell and asked if I knew where the kids were. I was like noo….. She proceded to tell me they had heard all the stadium noise and wanted to go see what it was even though she told them not to go. She said she’d already driven around and couldn’t find them. I told…

I’m scared to look at my hair closely, because I think my kids are driving me towards a head FULL of gray hair! Alex has been climbing out of his car seat. He pulls the clasp down and works his way out of the straps. Then, he stands up and makes the back seat his romper room. All the while, I’m screaming at him to sit down as I watch in terror in the rear view mirror. I pull over and restrap him, pulling the clasp up to his chin hoping that he’s not able to get it pulled back…

One night Rob and I were deciding what to eat. He suggested that we get something from Subway. Drew replied by saying, “Eat fresh!” Rob and I looked at each other and cracked up.
