By | May 1, 2014

Memories of the Month - Here's a great idea for wrapping up the month with a set of questions to remember how your last month with. I love going back and reading through what happened throughout the years.

This month I was happy about: getting to have some free evenings with nothing to do.

This month I was sad about: drama going on with part of my family.

Something I accomplished this month was: having to go to the ER. *sarcasm*

Status on being “healthy”: just completely unmotivated

Something new I did was: serve on a Walk to Emmaus.

This year I’m going to rate the books & movies. Here’s my rating system:
♥ ♥ = Love it! A must read/see!
♥ = Really good! Highly recommend.
&#10003 &#10003 = Good, not great
&#10003 = Not much to talk about
X = Awful. Total waste of time

Books I read were:
Sandra Lee Semi-Homemade Fast-Fix Family Favorites by Sandra Lee
What Happens When Women Say Yes to God by Lysa TerKeurst

Movies I watched were:
Heaven is For Real (in the movie theater) &#10003 &#10003

TV Shows I watched were:
Nashville (Hulu Plus: Finished season 2)
Drop Dead Diva (Netflix: Season 5)
Revenge (Netflix: working through Season 2 slowly)
Dallas
Hart of Dixie (Season 3)
Survivor
Amazing Race
Revolution
Criminal Minds
CSI
NCIS
Hawaii 50
Bones
Other random shows…

My favorite song this month was: pretty much anything country. Definitely in a country mood lately.

What I remember about work was: adjusting to being there in the daytime.

A lesson I learned this month was: adults can be just as childish as children.

Some friends and I: enjoyed Girls Night Out.

My favorite pic (not previously posted) that I took was:

Ally Cat

I cooked: see my weekly menus.

The boys were: busy. Drew took the ACT for a dry run through. Alex has been reading a lot lately.

My husband was: happy to have my help in the evenings now that I’m actually able to be home after work!

The thing I’ll remember most from this month was: being super sick.
