iSpy #8

By | February 27, 2021

Happy Saturday everyone! Welcome back to another fun iSpy photo challenge! This week when thinking about the prompts were you thinking outside the box or did you go with what is easy? I know I often don’t have time to really get out and find the perfect most creative shot. I try to at least get out of my comfort zone for at least 1 prompt.

iSpy Photo Challenge 2021

weather – It’s been pretty beautiful here this week. I took this after a doctor’s appointment this week. Such a pretty view.

house I took this as the sun was going down. Not sure if it’s a true representation of what ‘winter’ looks like, but I loved the sunflare.

photographer’s choice I cleaned out my lightbox this week so I decided to take pics of my new Owl bookends. For those that don’t know, I’ve a little bit of an obsession all thing cute owl. I found these on sale on Hobby Lobby dot com and just had to have them.

This week I continued to use my new iPhone 12 Pro. Next week I’ll try to get back to using my big camera.

I mixed it up a bit with my equipment. Here’s what I used:
Canon EOS 6D DSLR Camera
Canon ZOOM Lens EF24-105mm F4L IS II USM

I’d love you to join along with us next week! Challenge yourself this week to step out of your comfort zone. Get low, go high, change your angle, get close, back up. Do something different with your shots this week! A couple simple guidelines..
1. Anyone can participate.
2. Since this challenge is meant to help you expand your eye for photography, try to take five new photos this week for the challenge. Or do as many as you got!
3. If you find yourself struggling, you may use one photo from your archive, but who will really know…
4. Link up here on Saturday or sometime before the next Saturday. You can use the button below or just a link would be nice.
5. Have fun iSpying!

Let's Play iSpy 2021

I LOVE your keys photo and it’s so cool how some of your reflection is in the background as well. And your house looks like it’s the perfect place to be in Winter!

These are great photos for the themes! Love how the sun is coming up behind the house! And how neat that you have an old Kodak camera, it’s so perfect for the corner theme!
Unfortunately I’ve missed a few weeks of the challenge already, may have to see if I can do it monthly instead…busy times!

Leaving keys in the door is not the best habit to have, but sometimes my hands are just so full! Right? That’s my excuse when the kids come behind me and find my keys in the door several hours later.

That weather science is gorgeous! It looks so peaceful and I love the sun rays you caught in the corner. Your home picture is pretty. With no snow, I don’t think winter but that’s how our winter was here up until two weeks ago. Have a great week, Lysha!

Yeah, no snow for us. Only 1 snow a year if we’re lucky. Lately, its been about every 5 years!
