Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
1 cup of powdered Parmesan cheese
2 tbs garlic powder
1/3 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Take each chicken breast and remove any fat. Butterfly each chicken breast and then cut down the middle. For instructions on how to do that watch this video.
2. Mix together the cheese and garlic powder. Then, pour this dry mixture on a plate.
3. Pour the olive oil in a bowl.
4. Dip each side of the piece of chicken in the oil.
5. Roll the chicken in the dry mixture making sure all sides are covered.
6. Place chicken on a broiler pan.
7. Cook for 20-25 minutes until cooked all the way through.
