Ingredients:
2-3 bananas
1/2 package of almond chocolate bark
1/2 jar of peanut butter
1 box Mini ‘Nilla Wafers
Directions:
1. Slice the bananas into 1/4 inch disks.
2. Spread peanut butter on the wafers. Place banana slice on top and then put another wafer on the banana. Repeat that until all bananas/wafers are used.
3. In a sauce pan, melt chocolate on low heat. When you have melted the chocolate to desired consistency, start dipping each sandwich into the chocolate. You can do some in the regular chocolate and some in the white chocolate.
[Hint] If you need to make the chocolate runnier, stir in some crisco.
4. Allow them to harden on wax paper covered cookie sheet in the fridge.

These look super fun to make.
My son is allergic to peanut butter – but loves chocolate and bananas.
Any recommendations on a replacement ingredient?
They are great without the peanut butter too! I made some with and without, but I guess I forgot to say that in the recipe. 🙂
Oh this looks great and the Nilla Wafer surprised me. Was not expecting that.
Okay, seriously, these look like the most delicious treats ever!
I love these treats that you’ve shared! They both look so delicious!
These look as if they would be great fun to make, and a great way to keep all of the little hands busy. I will have to investigate some allergy safe substitutions, and try to make some over school break.
