The weekend after going to Atlanta, we had another even to attend out of town. This time it was in Birmingham, Al at the BJCC. We have wanted to see For King and Country for years, so we were excited to finally have the opportunity. Back in October, Rob and I got given tickets to the Atlanta United game, so we decided to make it a little getaway. Saturday morning after getting up, we headed out and ate brunch at Another Broken Egg. I had the Cinnamon Roll French toast, which was Ah-mazing!! Highly recommend. Not as sweet as it sounds. + We went to the Men’s basketball game exhibition game on Friday night. Big win and seeing good things for our team. + Wednesday afternoon I had to run to Big Lots and the sunset was gorgeous. + Sunday night, dinner at Walk-Ons with Rob discussing the big week ahead. + Wednesday night, Drew and I went to see Straight No Chaser at the Gogue. + One night, I was at Walmart late getting some stuff for Caitlyn’s baby shower. + We went to see our niece play flag football. It was so exciting. She caught 2 touchdown passes. And the sunset was gorgeous that night. + At work, I’ve been in a 6 week pilot program of a leadership course. We gave feedback on how to make each class better. We just finished up and we got a certificate and pin. + Monday the 30th was my birthday. 1st photo is of the new water bottle I got from Drew and Caitlyn and my new Apple Watch 10 from Rob. + Rob and I went to lunch at Amsterdam that day and I got the steak, so delish! + Later in week, our delivery for our new bedroom suit came in. + Empty bedroom ready for the new furniture. + The next weekend, Rob and I had a little getaway to Atlanta for an Atlanta United game. We spent the night and enjoyed the next day in Atlanta. Fun fun!
A couple weeks ago we went out took some photos so Caitlyn could put it up on social media. At this point, I believe she was 20 weeks. Feeling baby move. They know the gender, but no one else does…yet! Bigsby always comes through for us. We do have to him breaks, but regardless he deserves treats when we’re done! I snapped this with my phone.

Yes!!! We’re going to be Grandparents!! Back in July, for Rob’s birthday our kids and their girls came over and we had fried shrimp and fries. While we were waiting for the oil to get hot, Drew seemed eager for Rob to open his gift, so he sat down and Drew handed him the bag. In August we went on a cruise and met up with my sister and her family plus our niece (our brother’s oldest daughter) and our Aunt & Uncle. We left out of New Orleans on a 4 day cruise on the Carnival Valor. We drove down after work on Wednesday night and got in really late. I noticed this red ark in the middle of Magnolia Street near Southeastern, and started walking closer to get a picture. Then I saw the guy up top who ended up driving it to the front of the bar Southeastern.
