From November 3–16, the days were filled with projects, gatherings, and small but meaningful moments. Here’s a quick glimpse as I continue to play catch up.
November 4
Our new deck framing got started

1st home basketball game for this season and 1st with our new head coach

November 5
We attended a play-off flag football game that our niece played in. The skies were something else.

Dinner at Baumhower’s. I love this Pot Roast bowl

November 6

November 8
In Auburn Arena during the off season, they put up this new screen on the scholarship entrance. It’s pretty impressive. We only get to enter here for Women’s games.

View from upstairs

After the game, LA and her parents came over to watch the basketball game. The deck guys were nice enough to put some plywood out on the deck so we could get into the hot tub over the weekend. So after the football game, I stayed in with LA until she fell asleep, while Caitlyn and Drew got in the hot tub for the first time. I finally joined them and Rob in the hot tub.

November 9
LA spent the night, so here she is eating her bottle after waking up the next morning. She wakes up so pleasantly just jibber jabbering until I go get her.

November 10
Excited to see the deck getting the composite boards laid out!!

November 13
Thursday they were done with the deck except for a few things we asked them to come fix. Looks so good!

November 15
LA was sick.

Rob got the Blackstone, which was a Christmas present from Drew & Caitlyn last year put together and seasoned

By the end of this stretch, progress and connection had woven together into lasting memories.

LA just looks like she has the sweetest personality. The hot tub looks so nice!
