Here’s a quick drop of a few photos from this last week.
Kayleigh’s eyes looked different when she was taking a nap.
On Saturday, we went to watch some of Rob’s D-group guys play lacross. It was an exciting game against Homewood and Auburn won! It was such a beautiful day.
After the game, Rob and I went to El Patron for a late lunch. I had a yummy margarita and the Burrito Blanco with steak.
Sunday Rob cooked pork chop surprises out on the grill.
We also tried Asparagus on the grill. I wrapped in foil with soy sauce. They were ok. Really too strong. Need to try a different method with those next time.
Katniss found her a spot on the outside seating. We don’t keep the cushions out all the time because they will get dirty and ruin faster. She was quite happy they were left out Sunday afternoon.
It looks like you’re having incredible weather. Thanks for the links to the Yellowstone info. I don’t know how I missed those posts! Hope you have a good week!
Yes! The weather has been lovely. Praying it stays this way for a long time! Hope you find the Yellowstone posts helpful. It is an amazing place!
We love asparagus but it’s good to know to not try and cook it that way. That sounds disappointing.
Yeah cooking it in the soy sauce made it way too strong!
Oh, that weather looks divine! My favorite way too cook asparagus is marinated in garlic, olive oil, and salt, then cooked directly on the grill! They get this amazing char on them!
Oh I’m definitely going to have to try asparagus like that! Sounds yummy.
Those pork chops look yummy! I can’t wait to pull out our grill! It’s once of my favorite parts of summer!
They are so easy and so good. Yes, grilling, which some people call BBQing season is my favorite!
We like to just lightly spray the asparagus with oil and sprinkle with garlic salt then we use a grill pan to cook them on the grill or roast them in the oven.
Yes! We did something like this this last weekend and it was much improved!
