By | May 30, 2014

Memories of the Month - Here's a great idea for wrapping up the month with a set of questions to remember how your last month with. I love going back and reading through what happened throughout the years.

This month I was happy about: the school year winding down.

This month I was sad about: empty promises.

Something I accomplished this month was: just getting through the month was accomplishment enough.

Status on being “healthy”: not really any, but hopefully soon.

Something new I did was: turned down a job offer.

This year I’m going to rate the books & movies. Here’s my rating system:
♥ ♥ = Love it! A must read/see!
♥ = Really good! Highly recommend.
✓ ✓ = Good, not great
✓ = Not much to talk about
X = Awful. Total waste of time

Books I read were: Eat to Live (not finished yet)

Movies I watched were:
Don’t think I watched any?

TV Shows I watched were:
Walking Dead (season 1 on Netflix)
Scandal (season 1 on Netflix)
Arrow (season 1 on Netflix)
Nashville (Hulu Plus: Finished season 2)
Drop Dead Diva (Netflix: Season 5)
Revenge (working on Season 3)
24
Bachlorette
Hart of Dixie (Season 3)
Survivor
Amazing Race
Revolution
Criminal Minds
CSI
NCIS
Hawaii 50
Bones
Other random shows…

My favorite song this month was: Wiggle.

What I remember about work was: lots of stress!

A lesson I learned this month was: things aren’t as always the way they seem.

Some friends and I: spent the Memorial Day weekend at the lake.

My favorite pic (not previously posted) that I took was:

lakemartin-memorialday2014 - 219

I cooked: lots of stuff.

The boys were: excited for summer. Drew got a job that will start near the end of the summer.

My husband was: busy with planning retreats for scouts

The thing I’ll remember most from this month was: probably seeing my future one way and then having signs from God show me something different.
