1. What’s your favorite room in your house and why? Now that we redid one the larger of the 2 kids rooms last year, it is my favorite. Even though I’m not in there much. I love it because with the new paint and new crown molding makes it feel ‘clean.’ There’s also no clutter. It’s not ‘lived in.’ 🙂

2. What’s something that will instantly annoy you?
Bad drivers…
3. May 28th is National Hamburger Day…will you celebrate? How do you like yours? If you’re not cooking at home is there a favorite place you like to go for a burger? Did you ever work in a fast food restaurant?
I unfortunately probably will not as on the 28th I’m going in for my 3rd endoscopy where they will stretch my esophagus hopefully to help me be able to eat hamburgers!
Hamburgers are one of my favorite foods, so with that I am a bit of a hamburger snob. I love Niffer’s burgers!
I did work at a fast food place growing up called Braum’s where we served burgers and ice cream!
4. What are three scents you like?
Homemade pasta sauce
Fall candles
Cool Water perfume
5. What do you miss most about being a kid?
I miss just being ‘free’ of much responsibility. I miss riding my bike around the neighborhood and riding it to friend’s houses, feeling so independent. I also really miss my Granddaddy, who (with my Grandmother) was my legal guardian.

6. Insert your own random thought here.
I love old photos. Here’s some of my Grandparents (that raised me).

Wow, I love those old photos. People really dressed so nicely back then. I’m so sorry to hear about the endoscopy! Niffer’s is so good, and I love a Braum’s burger too. We don’t have them in Houston, but I’ve had them in the Dallas area.
The endoscopy sounds unpleasant, but I do hope it helps and you get the desired result. The photos are such a treasure, that one of your grandfather reading to you especially. So so sweet. Hope all goes well with your procedure today!
Old pictures are just treasures. That one of you & your grandfather is just precious – I’m loving that Cinderella book too LOL
Bad Drivers… there really is something about them that grates on the nerves.
That bedroom looks fantastic, it’s always nice when a room is newly painted.
I hope the endoscopy goes well, thinking of you!
What great photos! I do like looking at old one’s.
Oh my goodness! Those pictures of your grandparents are priceless!!!!
Love those old photos – so much class and personality! The endoscopy doesn’t sound like a good time, but I hope it gets the results you want! Hope everything else is going great this week!
I hope the endoscopy helps you! I hate bad drivers, too. That made me giggle. I miss the freedom of being a kid. I wish I could have appreciated it more back then!
