Ranger Cookies

- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed, light or dark
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix together the butter, sugars, vanilla, and salt until it mixed thoroughly. Add in eggs and mix.
- In another bowl, stir flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Than, add in flour mixture into wet mixture and blend.
- Mix in coconut, rice crispies, chocolate chips, and oats.
- Roll out golf ball size mounds and then flatten down with your palm on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until gold brown.
