Ingredients
  • 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts; chunky/shredded
  • 1 packet of Ranch mix
  • 2-3 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 tbs. minced garlic
Instructions
  1. Brown chicken breasts with onion and garlic.
  2. Once they're cooked all the way through, shred with fork. I cut my into to chunky shredded pieces; a mixture of small chunks with some shredded.
  3. Return chicken to pan, pour Ranch mix and Buffalo over chicken. Stir to ensure all meat is evenly coated with sauce.
  4. Allow to cook for about 15 minutes.
