Buffalo Chicken

- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts; chunky/shredded
- 1 packet of Ranch mix
- 2-3 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1 tbs. minced garlic
- Brown chicken breasts with onion and garlic.
- Once they're cooked all the way through, shred with fork. I cut my into to chunky shredded pieces; a mixture of small chunks with some shredded.
- Return chicken to pan, pour Ranch mix and Buffalo over chicken. Stir to ensure all meat is evenly coated with sauce.
- Allow to cook for about 15 minutes.
