Brown 1½ lbs. of ground beef with onion adding in Taco Seasoning. See

for specific directions on making the best taco meat. Make sure meat is crumbled up, getting rid of any big chunks of meat. I use my food processor with short 2 pulses.
Mound meat on top of bottom bun and add desired taco toppings. I have to eat it with a fork because it's usually way to messy to eat like a sandwich.
