Peanut Butter and Jelly Muffins

- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup jelly
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Slowly cut in peanut butter and butter until its crumbly.
- Mix in milk and eggs until all mixture is wet.
- Pour batter into muffin pan.
- Bake in for about 15 minutes.
- Top with jelly flavor of your choice and serve warm.
