Peanut Butter Oatmeal Globs

- 2 cups sugar
- 1 stick butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 3 cups quick oatmeal
- Waxed paper
- 4 tablespoons cocoa (optional) - I didn't use any cocoa this time. Add the cocoa if you wish to add a chocolaty flavor.
- In a saucepan, boil together the butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa (if you so desire).
- After it starts boiling, add in oatmeal and vanilla. Allow that to boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add in peanut butter. Stir constantly until the peanut butter melts.
- Drop spoonfuls on waxed paper and allow to cool. I had to put mine in the fridge overnight.
