Chicken Bacon Ranch Bites

  • 2 cups shredded cheese (I used Mexican Blend)
  • ½ lb. bacon (browned and crumbled)
  • ½ lb. chicken (browned and shredded)
  • 1 cup Bisquick All Purpose Mix
  • 1 pack of Ranch dressing powder
  • 2 tbs. of honey
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ finely chopped onion
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray mini-muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Pour mixture into mini-muffin tin. Fill each cup up without letting it overflow.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes or until gold brown.
  5. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
