Chicken Bacon Ranch Bites

- 2 cups shredded cheese (I used Mexican Blend)
- ½ lb. bacon (browned and crumbled)
- ½ lb. chicken (browned and shredded)
- 1 cup Bisquick All Purpose Mix
- 1 pack of Ranch dressing powder
- 2 tbs. of honey
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- ½ finely chopped onion
- Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray mini-muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- Pour mixture into mini-muffin tin. Fill each cup up without letting it overflow.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until gold brown.
- Allow to sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
